SGK-400 SERIES PLASTIC RIGID PIPE AUTO-BELLING MACHINE

This machine is equipped with feeding and traction devices and relevant programming sockets. It can not only combine with pipe extruder to use, but also be used singly. The pipe moving adopts parallel mode as expanding pipe, the parallel action is correct and not-easy damaging pipe. This machine adopts infrared heating mode with double heating furnace, each furnace equipped with central heating core. Forming mode adopts expanding pipe mouth, the pipe mouth size is accurate. On the control panel of this type of machine, switch is fixed for enlarging solvent socket (straight) and enlarging flexible airproof ring type socket (R), so it is rather convenient to select pipe expanding method and the technics adaptability is stronger. The main electric controlling components are imported, the performance is stable and reliable.
